Important problem

This concerns an important problem. With the speed of the new large scale techniques, annotations is often done automatically, with disastrous result. The article is missing some areas that are very useful for annotation, that includes all the new text mining tools. The sequence and structure databases, are way behind the experimental data found in the ~20 million articles available.
