Buggotea problem resolved in Connotea

Hi Duncan, great article.
I believe we have resolved the buggotea problem. We no longer have a hash of the uri as the unique key for items in our db, but rather create an abstract article type for them, and we normalize on DOI and PMID, if they are present.
