We quantified this by the subpopulation ratio R (Fig. 2D), defined as the number of cells with high yEGFP::zeoR expression divided by the number of cells with low yEGFP::zeoR expression.

There is an error in the third paragraph of the Results section in the definition of the subpopulation ratio R. The correct sentence is: “We quantified this by the subpopulation ratio R (Fig. 2D), defined as the number of cells with low yEGFP::zeoR expression divided by the number of cells with high yEGFP::zeoR expression.”
