Make graphical data available in a computer-readable format

Everything to run the analysis again should be available to reviewers and readers.
This includes the source code of the Web resource itself (cf. Rule 6).

I have received a suggestion by Gary Churchill (Jackson Laboratory), to extend this rule as follows: "Make the underlying data available. [...] I have found it to be very common and frustrating to realize that although I can generate a graph in web browser, I often cannot access the data that the graph is representing. [...] there is no reason to not have a button labeled <Download Data Here>."
