Future publisher

Great idea! For future publisher (or in collaboration with third party), data integration, data analysis and data sharing should be formulated as a workflow. But we may first ask what is data? Data is not only sequences and other raw data, but also results, methods (software, algorithm), conclusion, and even correlations among different papers and connections among different authors, etc. All kinds of data may be implemented into a workflow by diverse web services, which further enables data reaccessible, facilitates results and conclusions reproducible and maximizes its scope for sharing. One of my paper might be of interest, http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.g....

In my view, future publishing should be open access, instant publishing with peer rating (instead of peer review; with enough eyeballs, all bugs are shadow) and free of charge.
