Thanks for an interesting perspective on hypergraphs. We published a hypergraph-based learning algorithm to integrate gene expression and protein-protein interaction data for cancer outcome prediction. And more comprehensive hypergraph-based learning algorithm paper recently accepted by Bioinformatic journal.
