Winning model of Breast Cancer Prognosis Challenge using Attractor Metagenes is published in Science Translational Medicine.

Please note that we used the attractor metagenes, which we found and reported in this PLoS Computational Biology paper, in our winning model of the Sage Bionetworks/DREAM Breast Cancer Prognosis Challenge. Our model is described in our paper just published as a research article in Science Translational Medicine, entitled “Development of a Prognostic Model for Breast Cancer Survival in an Open Challenge Environment.” http://stm.sciencemag.org... The Challenge is the cover story of the April 17 issue of the journal.
