Undiseased human ICaL experiments and model
validation.

An earlier formulation was used to plot weight of tau,f,fast (5th subplot of Figure 1, panel C). The curve shown for simulated weight of tau,f,fast was generated using Af,fast=1.0/(0.002061*exp(-Vm/5.980)+2.120*exp(Vm/36.37)). This formulation was from a previous version of the model. The final formulation, used in all other figures throughout the manuscript, in the supplement, and in the distributed model code, was a fixed value, Af,fast=0.6.
