Where is the model?

I was interested to read this paper but was surprised when I discovered that the model was not available for download. I then thought it might be on JWS online, but it wasn't here either. Any chance uploading the model? I think PLoS Comp Bio should serve as an example of how to publish modeling papers which should include the model itself and not just a textual description.
