closeLet's be less focused on gender stereotypes

This paper has had some important comments on twitter already within the first 24h, showing that I too have my own assumptions when it comes to gender:
Yaniv erlich @erlichya suggest revising Rule 8 to "Support Women (&Men) at Meetings" Also men have issues leaving kids behind.
Melissa WilsonSayres @mwilsonsayres How about, “Support researchers at meetings.” Don’t need to force the gender binary.
Yaniv erlich @erlichya I hate to put all workload on my wife while traveling (and admire her for agreeing to that).
Benjamin Abécassis @b_abk6 rule 9 « be family friendly » assumes that women only take care of children. Maybe that’s the main problem.
Thanks everyone for joining the conversation and pointing out these assumptions that hold us all back,
